image Finally the wait is over, come join us for 2 days of exclusive Integration fun on 3rd and 4th of March 2014. For the past few months we have been working hard on sorting out the logistics for BizTalk Summit 2014, London. Last year the event was held in January and it was an overwhelming success with over 140 people from 75 companies across 15 countries. We had to reshuffle the rooms multiple times to keep accommodating the request and finally needed to close the registration pretty much a month before the event.  You can read more about the 2013 event here BizTalk Summit 2013 – London. The story of the day For 2014 we wanted to make it bigger and better, hence we are doing 2 days instead of 1 day for 2014, and we also secured the full venue (Microsoft London Victoria office) exclusively for this event to accommodate more people. We will open up registration site within a week, this is just an introduction article. Keep an eye, we are very confident this event will sell out very quickly. Event focused on Integrations developers/consultants

After the 2013 event we did some surveys and spoke to lot of event attendees personally to get their opinion and the unanimous answer was that, they wanted to have an “Integration focused event” every year. Integration community is not the traditional developer community and most of the general developer focused events do not give enough content for Integration developers/consultants. If you go to events like TechEd, it’s wide open and it’s hard to find relevant content for Integration developers/consultants. Hence we wanted to put together 2 days worth of content purely focused on Integration on Microsoft stack, which will include BizTalk Server, Windows Azure BizTalk Services, Service Bus and Mobile Services.

International Speakers

We are bringing some well known speakers from across the world (USA, Canada, India, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Italy, and of course UK) for the event. The speakers are from Microsoft BizTalk product group, Integration MVP’s, BizTalk book authors, PluralSight authors, industry experts. You might have read their blogs, books, listened to their webcasts for years. This is your opportunity to see them in person and ask them questions, all the speakers will be present for the complete duration of the event.

Microsoft Product Group

We are working closely with the Microsoft BizTalk product group to have their presence in the event, this will give the audience a unique opportunity to speak to the people directly who have build the BizTalk and other integration products at Microsoft. You might have heard about the recent “BizTalk Integration Summit” event held in Seattle, we are working with Microsoft to bring some of the core content from that event to European audience.

Deep dive sessions

We are very cautious not to have just very high level overview kind of sessions.  There will be some overview kind of sessions like general roadmap, future directions etc. But overall the focus is to go deep dive and add value to audience attending the event. We understand most of them attending this event will already have pretty good knowledge about integration. We are constantly in discussion with the speakers and they are all well aware of the requirements.

Time for some fun

Most of the speakers and audience will be travelling from abroad and will be present here in London before (weekend 1st and 2nd March) and after the event, so we will be planning some fun stuff as well. May be dinner with speakers, some site seeing activities with BizTalk enthusiast etc., more details to follow. Please block your diaries for the dates, we will get in touch constantly via Twitter, Facebook , LinkedIn with regular updates
