What is ServiceBus360?

ServiceBus360 is a simple platform to manage your Azure Service Bus namespaces. Generally, Microsoft Azure Service Bus is a robust infrastructure for enterprise messaging through cloud. In the past few years, Service Bus has been predominantly put to use by organizations of all sizes. With the introduction of Event Hubs, Microsoft Azure Service Bus started gaining more importance. Based on our interaction with the community and the enterprises that use Azure Service Bus, we understood that there is not enough tooling available to handle the operations of this infrastructure efficiently. ServiceBus360 is an advanced Operations, Monitoring and Analytics tool focused solely to enhance the day to day working experience with Azure Service Bus. Our goal is to make life easy for anyone who is using Azure Service Bus resources (Queues, Topics, Relays and Event Hubs).   azure service bus queues screen With the v1 of ServiceBus360, you can:
  1. Access Service Bus resource properties easily
  2. Configure and Manage Alarms to monitor Service Bus resources efficiently
  3. Receive alerts on any abnormal behavior or health status reports through email

Lifetime free account

You can sign up for a lifetime free account with ServiceBus360 and start associating as many Azure Service Bus Namespaces as you want. The value proposition of the lifetime free account is that you’ll be able to access all the Azure Service Bus Namespaces you have configured through our web portal from anywhere in the world. You can also invite users to be a part of this account. In the free account, we also provide you with the option to monitor up to 5 resources. You might have some really critical resources like an Event Hub or a Queue. These critical resources can be configured for monitoring using your free credits. You will start getting alerts automatically when things go against your expected configuration. You can manage up to 5 Queues, Topics, Relays each and 1 Event hub free for life. blog-banner New features that are classified under basic will be available for Free and Professional users. Premium features will be classified under Professional plan and will be updated to our customers appropriately. You will only start paying once you are happy with the product and if you want to monitor more than 5 resources.

Pricing

We wanted to keep the ServiceBus360 pricing very simple. The pricing is determined by only one factor – the number of resources you wish to manage. Any item that you manage in ServiceBus360 (such as Queues, Topics, Relays, and Event Hubs) is called a resource. The pricing for each resource type may vary due to the difference in infrastructure and accessibility of the Azure platform. The below table shows the current pricing of ServiceBus360 (per month pricing, 40% discount is available for annual commitment). One of the great advantages of the pricing is that the number of resources you purchased can be shared across multiple namespaces. Example: Buy 50 Queues / Topics / Relays / Event Hubs and use it for any number of associated namespaces. servicebus360 pricing

Self service payment

We also wanted to make the payment option as simple as possible in addition to the pricing. ServiceBus360 comes with fully integrated credit card payment option. Customers can simply use their credit card to purchase any paid plans. You are in full control — you can downgrade or upgrade your pricing plan at any time just by logging into the application without speaking to anyone in our sales team. The payment is handled by external payment gateway providers (fully PCI compliant). We do not store any credit card information on our servers.

What Customer data do we store in our databases?

We understand the concern customers might have to use a SaaS application. We store only basic Customer contact details and details of invited users in our database. We do not store anything more than these. We do not probe into any message or event details in your Service Bus infrastructure. You need to provide the Azure Service Bus Connection strings for ServcieBus360 to be able to connect to your Azure Service Bus infrastructure and manage resources. All these connection strings are encrypted and secured based on Industry Standards.

What’s the road map for ServiceBus360?

Our primary goal is to keep ServiceBus360 as an easy to use and efficient tool. In the upcoming releases we will be adding more features and functionalities so that ServiceBus360 will become your one stop solution to manage your Azure Service Bus infrastructure. We will introduce –
  • Governance and Auditing
  • User Management capabilities and User Access Policies
  • Powerful Analytics components will be introduced early next year that will help you to visualize and understand the resource usage better.
